Week 1
Saturday, 20th January 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on sleep (why it’s important to sleep and rise with the sun).
~ Sleep is the Chief Physician for healing- maximizing your repair and growth response!
Week 2
Saturday, 27th January 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on movement (yang vs. yin what style is optimal for you?).
~ Health Appraisal Questionnaire and Self-Stretch Test included to determine whether you need Yang or Yin style movement!
Week 3
Saturday, 3rd February 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on nutrition (Metabolic Typing and the healing benefits of food).
~ Metabolic Type/Primal Pattern questionnaire included with this class to provide your macro-nutrient ratio!
Week 4
Saturday, 10th February 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on breath (energizing vs. grounding breath).
~ Learn the skill of regulating your emotions and calming your mind with breath!
Week 5
Saturday, 17th February 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on hydration (quality and quantity).
~ Dilution is the best solution to pollution!
Week 6
Saturday, 24th February 2:00PM - 4:00PM:
60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on thoughts (your mind is mirroring your gut and stomach health!).
~ Learn how your thoughts are linked to your gut health and the previous 5 Foundational Principles!
