Week 1

Week 1 Saturday, 6th May 2:30PM - 4:30PM: 

60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on hydration (quality and quantity).

Week 2

Week 2 Saturday, 13th May 2:30PM - 4:30PM

60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on breath (energizing vs. grounding breath).

Learn the skill set of regulating your emotions and calming your mind with breath! 

Week 3

Saturday, 20th May 2:30PM - 4:30PM

60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on nutrition 
(Metabolic Typing and the healing benefits of food).  

The Metabolic Type/Primal Pattern questionnaire is included with this class to provide your macronutrient ratio!

Week 4

Saturday, 27th May 2:30PM - 4:30PM 

60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on movement 
(yang vs. yin what style is optimal for you?).  

Health Appraisal Questionnaire and Self-Stretch Test is included to determine whether you need Yang or Yin style movement!

Week 5

Saturday, 27th May 2:30PM - 4:30PM 

60 min. Yin yoga followed by a lecture on sleep
(why it’s important to sleep and rise with the sun). 

Sleep is the Chief Physician for healing, maximize your repair and growth response! 

Week 6

 10th June 2:30PM - 4:30PM

60 min. Hatha yoga followed by a lecture on thoughts 
(your mind is mirroring your gut and stomach health!).
